I was born and raised in Western North Carolina by an entomologist-turned-middle-school-science-teacher and a dress-designer-turned-accountant along with my two younger sisters. I am currently an assistant ornamental plant breeder with GardenGenetics.
- I enjoy: writing, gardens, live theatre, film, star-gazing, superheroes, origami, creating and maintaining freshwater aquaria, drawing, napping, food
- I do not enjoy: cold showers, taking superfluous medicine, loud rap music, oatmeal, and the general feeling that advertising and consumerism is ruining our lives by making us unhappy and insane
